for everyone
In this gallery you will find my digital paintings. Created from my original photographs, I then use Corel Painter to create impressionistic oil paintings.

These digital paintings are then printed on gallery wrap canvas, where I then apply paint brush strokes using a clear medium, creating the illusion of a fine oil painting. Since I am an artist as well as a photographer, I painstakingly match each stroke I would make if I were actually painting the image.
Any one of my photographs can become a Phaux-tograph. Please call for special requests. 209-257-1761 to price and/or place your order.

in d film world before they called that paintography...other medium use like special oil/ water color to paint the photos. great one... although digital manipulation can do that but yours will last a long long time...

Hi Arian, yes I print the photo on canvas and then I apply a thick medium that when dry is clear. It only puts a texture on the print no color. It allows the colors of the photograph to show through. It is really quite stunning when it is finished.

Thanks for looking

This one really stands out for me -- the flowers and vase against the peeling wall is a wonderful contrast. You artistic twist is nice (however I'll bet this was a great picture beforehand).
